you can share the cost of advertising with other United
affiliates, and benefit by the recognition we receive as

Requirements of Affiliation
As an independent
owner operator and affiliate of United Mobile Power
Wash, you are working with a team of independents who
have made a commitment to work with a company known for
their professionalism.
The following are a list of requirements that all
independents agree to.
1. Operators must be of good character - Any
business is only as good as the people in it. You'll
find that this organization possesses a high level of
integrity. We attribute our success to one thing…Our
People! All of our affiliates are required to pass a
criminal background check
2. Reliable - Customers depend on us to give them
the service promised. In most kinds of weather and under
all types of conditions. We require that independents
notify our corporate office in the event of a missed
wash so the customer can be notified in advance.
3. Communication Skills - We rely on open
communication between our independent operators and
customers. If the customer or United is left out of the
paths of communication, then the independent and
United's credibility is questioned by our customer.
4. Beeper, Mobile Phone, Fax and PC - The nature
of your business keeps you away from your office and the
phone, so we ask that you keep a beeper or cell phone
with you during business hours. (United currently uses
the Nextel cellular system for convenient 2-way
communication). We also expect to be able to share
documents and information with you via Fax or email.
Speed, accuracy and quality are all necessities in
business today, and as professionals we need to take
advantage of modern technology to stay ahead.
5. Recognition - We require the use of United
wash slips on job sites. In some instances accounts may
require washers to identify themselves as United
affiliates. Our strength comes from name recognition, so
United makes provisions for such instances. (ex. name
badges, removable/permanent decals etc…)
6. Contracts- Independent operators are required
to sign all the necessary contracts.
7. Operating Capital - Independents should
maintain sufficient operating capital. Doing so will
ensure you are able to operate your business without
financial hindrances.
8. Insurance
- Contractors must maintain
General Liability Insurance with United listed as an
additional insured.
The coverage must include the following
- General Aggregate - $1,000,000
- Products-Comp/Op Agg - $500,000
- Personal & Adv. Injury - $500,000
- Each Occurrence - $500,000
- Fire Damage - $100,000
- Proof of Workman's Compensation
- A copy of your Incorporation or DBA papers
- Letter of reference from at least 4 customers 2 of
which should be commercial clients.
- MSDS sheets on all soaps, chemicals and detergents
that you use or may use to perform washing services
- A complete description of your wash equipment to
include water recovery, water tank and any surface
equipment
- Background check (cost $25)

Earning Potential
As an independent contractor, and affiliate of United
Mobile Power Wash, Inc., you ultimately choose your
level of involvement with our organization.
We have affiliates that allow United to perform all of
the sales, invoicing and collections for their company.
We also have affiliates that choose to limit their
involvement to one or two large accounts. As an
Independent, your earning potential is up to you, we are
here to be an asset to you and your organization.
Our compensation schedule is based on a percentage of
the work performed. Each independent will sign a general
non-compete mutual protection contract with United.
United in turn will respect the accounts already held by
their affiliates and not actively pursue them while
under contract. United is not the competition, we’re
designed to be your sales force.
United will work to secure jobs that are profitable to
the independent. The price for washing services will
vary depending on the condition of the wash, frequency,
type of equipment needed etc… The independent has the
right to accept or decline any job before taking it as
an assigned account.
Upon timely receipt of your wash slips, the account will
be billed. United allows it's customers a net term of 30
days. United will cut checks to independents every
Friday for payments that have been received.
